
After winning back to back State Championships while playing for Moon Area High School, Brian began his professional career in 2002 with the Pittsburgh Pirates when he was selected in the 12th round of the amateur draft. The lefthander spent six seasons in the minor leagues, advancing as high as double A.
In 2004, he threw 7+ innings of a combined no hitter as a member of the South Atlantic League Champion Hickory Crawdads. Brian also played in the Venezuelan winter league, as well as the Golden and Atlantic Leagues. He was also the recipient of the 2004 Wachovia ‘Community Service Award’. Brian retired from playing professionally in 2010.

Sean, also a Moon Area graduate, received a baseball scholarship to play for the Thundering Herd of Marshall University in 2005. He completed his collegiate career upon graduating from Slippery Rock in 2011, where he received a degree in Sport Management.
Sean was a member of the SRU Sport Management Alliance, as well as the SRU baseball team. He also played in the Cal Ripken Sr. and the Prospect collegiate leagues before his final season in 2010. Sean has extensive experience instructing, as well as coaching and managing travel showcase teams.
